RF Remote Control Transmitter FCC Lab Test – Testing Started

Follow-up on previous post, we have prepared the sample and send 1pcs working sample to testing labs on Jun 27th, 2014 and the testing labs received sample on Jun 28th, 2014.

The testing labs checked the sample and confirmed it would work fine in following test, the test sample is 1pcs 315Mhz remote control transmitter with customer’s button label design as follows, then lab send us the contract for testing work.

On Jun 30th, 2014 we have checked and signed contract with testing labs, also paid total cost in advance, and send the technical documents required for testing, such as PCB layout, schematics, manuals etc, so testing officially starts.

Tips, the testing officially starts when contract signed, payments made, samples delivered and documents sent.

So, this testing project officially starts on Jun 30th, 2014 – Monday.

If testing job goes smoothly, it will be 10 working days before we get FCC certificate, but we would strongly recommend our customer prepare in advance, because the testing process can take up to 45 days when we require a lot of tuning on samples.

We will update the following progress as testing moves forward in labs, please feel free to contact us if you have any product development enquiries.
